Salary -£28000 + Benefits

📍 Chapeltown, Sheffield | 🕒 Full-time, Permanent (37.5 hrs)
Mon–Thu 08:30–16:30 | Fri 07:30–15:30

The Role

We’re expanding our telesales team and looking for someone confident and motivated to book high-quality appointments for our field-based Business Development Managers.

You’ll contact commercial landlords, facilities managers and H&S managers to discuss fixed wire testing — a legal requirement for all commercial properties every 3–5 years, making conversations warm and relevant.

You’ll make around 40 calls per day with a target of 4 appointments per week, supported by marketing campaigns and an existing CRM database.

Key Responsibilities
  • Outbound calls and follow-ups to generate sales appointments
  • Build rapport and profile prospects through effective questioning
  • Log accurate notes and manage pipelines in the CRM
  • Support the sales team with quotations and virtual demos (TraQit platform)
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and shared success
