The company is hiring a Technology Training Manager to design, deliver, and scale this training offering. The successful candidate will translate learning needs into structured, impactful experiences and ensure every course runs smoothly.

This role suits someone experienced in managing technical or data‑focused training programmes. Prior experience with specific data platforms is not required, though familiarity with Palantir Foundry or Gotham is an advantage. A strong interest in technology‑based learning and the ability to engage confidently with technical teams are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage training programmes aligned with client needs and learning outcomes.
• Develop and maintain high‑quality training materials.
• Oversee in‑person course delivery, ensuring smooth logistics and trainer readiness.
• Deliver training sessions where needed, later transitioning into an oversight role.
• Build and develop a pool of expert trainers, ensuring consistent, engaging delivery.
• Plan trainer deployment and manage performance standards.
