The Opportunity

As the organisation expands its digital enablement capability, it is developing an in‑person training programme focused on data integration and analytics platforms. These courses will help developers and end users maximise software value in data-intensive environments.

The company is hiring a Training Manager to design, deliver, and scale this training offering. The successful candidate will translate learning needs into structured, impactful experiences and ensure every course runs smoothly.

This role suits someone experienced in managing technical or data-focused training programmes. Prior experience with specific data platforms is not required, though familiarity with Palantir Foundry or Gotham is an advantage. A strong interest in technology-based learning and the ability to engage confidently with technical teams are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage training programmes aligned with client needs and learning outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality training materials.
  • Oversee in‑person course delivery, ensuring smooth logistics and trainer readiness.
  • Deliver training sessions where needed, later transitioning into an oversight role.
  • Build and develop a pool of expert trainers, ensuring consistent, engaging delivery.
  • Plan trainer deployment and manage performance standards.
  • Collaborate with clients on training content, scheduling, and delivery.
  • Contribute to business development through training strategy input and client proposals.
  • Provide strategic advice on enablement for large-scale technology adoption.
  • Support long-term development of the training function, including digital learning solutions.
About the Candidate
  • Experience in training management, learning and development, or similar‑ideally in a tech or data-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of data workflows or problem-solving, with working knowledge of Python, TypeScript, or SQL.
  • Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple initiatives.
  • Skilled at coaching, communication, and relationship‑building.
