The Technology Talent Partner is a high impact role responsible for building and executing our hiring strategy across all areas of Technology.
You will work closely with our Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) and Technology leadership team to ensure we attract exceptional talent across software engineering, cloud, data, architecture, cybersecurity, data science, machine learning, UXand technical operations.
This is a role for an experienced talent partner who understands the breadth of modern technology functions, can meaningfully engage with candidates across all seniority levels, and can operate as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
In this role, you will drive a holistic technology hiring strategy by developing and owning a proactive recruitment plan aligned with our product, engineering, data, cyber security, and IT roadmaps.
As a trusted advisor to our CPTO and wider technology leadership, you’ll work closely with key stakeholders to understand capability needs, role priorities, and evolving team structures, while providing regular insights on talent availability, salary trends, and competitive hiring behaviours across cloud, engineering, and enterprise technology domains.
You will lead end-to-end recruitment across a broad technical landscape (including Azure (PaaS/IaaS), .NET, React, Angular, SQL/NoSQL databases, the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (such as Entra ID, Intune, Defender and SharePoint), and network/infrastructure technologies including Cisco), confidently assessing candidates against a variety of technical and behavioural competencies.
By building innovative multi-channel sourcing strategies that reach passive and specialist talent, you will ensure we attract exceptional people while maintaining a seamless, engaging candidate experience.
Additionally, you will enhance our hiring operations by continuously refining ATS workflows (we use TeamTailor), interview frameworks, and assessment processes, coaching hiring managers on best-practice evaluation, and using recruitment analytics to monitor pipeline health, forecast demand, and inform ongoing strategic improvements.
You bring hands‑on experience in technology recruitment (agency or in‑house) where you’ve built trusted relationships and delivered at pace. You understand the full recruitment lifecycle and have strong experience hiring across modern engineering, cloud, data, and IT operations roles. Your grasp of software and cloud hiring trends, interview best practices, and competitive talent dynamics enables you to engage confidently with technical candidates and clearly articulate complex role requirements.
You take a proactive approach to building diverse talent pipelines, using inclusive sourcing strategies, equitable assessment practices, and thoughtful stakeholder coaching to broaden access to underrepresented groups and strengthen overall hiring outcomes.
You work smoothly with senior stakeholders across engineering, product, security, and infrastructure, influencing and collaborating to deliver high-quality results. Organised and adaptable, you manage multiple pipelines without sacrificing quality or candidate experience.
Your communication style is clear, confident, and empathetic, helping you build quick trust with hiring managers and candidates.
