Job summary

EY in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Technology Sourcing Assistant Director to lead sourcing strategy and execution within Global Procurement. You will manage vendor relationships, negotiate global deals, and align with risk, legal, and business stakeholders to deliver value.

You will build category strategies, drive contract lifecycle improvements, and ensure timely reporting on savings and performance across technology, talent, and BMC categories.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years experience in a strategic sourcing role.
• Experience negotiating for multiple service delivery models (Outsourcing, PaaS, IaaS, SaaS).
• Stakeholder management at a senior level in current/previous role.
• Experience working in a global, culturally diverse organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategy and execution for Technology Sourcing.
• Lead negotiations and manage global/regional deals with key stakeholders.
• Partner with risk management and GCO on contract terms and reporting.
• Build and manage a pipeline of deals with appropriate resourcing plans.
• Support management information reporting and policy/process improvements.
• Develop category strategies aligned with global technology strategy.
