IBM is seeking an applicant for a Digital and Technology Solutions Degree apprenticeship (L6) in London. The program covers information systems, software development basics, data, project management and IT infrastructure with university integration.
Ideal candidates will be eligible to work in the UK, possess Maths and English GCSEs (4+), and have at least 120 UCAS points. Start date for 2026 is 12 October, with extensive travel and client-site work expected.

As a Digital and Technology Solutions Degree apprentice, you will develop a broad range of technical and business skills, including information systems, systems development, data, business organizations, project management and computer & network infrastructure. You will also take modules to develop your skills in a technical specialism.
There's an opportunity to experience University life and meet apprentices from other organizations during days at university and interactive learning sessions.
On an IBM Apprenticeship programme, you will be working in an innovative, creative and exciting environment. Our Apprentices span across different business units and there are so many opportunities for you to get involved in both inside and outside of your role. We encourage all our early professionals to take the opportunity to participate in networking, mentoring, learning and give back. You will also have two managers. A task manager who works with you on your role and an early professional manager who helps you get the most out of your Apprenticeship and provides support along the way.

Pre-University Qualification
You must have a keen interest and passion for Sales. We’re seeking talented individuals who are curious about Technology. We have some roles, which require you to have studied specific STEM subjects at sixth form level. We also welcome applications from candidates who have not studied technology, computer science or STEM subjects at sixth form level.
We are looking for Apprentices who will start on 12th October 2026, followed by an IBM and university induction – please note we cannot make any exceptions to this start date.

We are expecting to run a virtual exploration session on 2nd September or 3rd September for candidates who successfully complete screening.
