Job summary

Crowe UK is seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Technology Risk Consulting practice in London. You will drive business development, build and mentor a high-performing team, and deliver advisory services across technology risk, resilience, and transformation projects.

You will oversee cloud transformation, IT operations improvements, and independent IT attestation engagements (ISAE3402, SOC2, PCI DSS), working with clients in financial services and beyond.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in technology risk consulting within professional services or industry.
• (Strong) knowledge of IT operations, resilience frameworks and risk management.
• Experience leading IT architecture reviews using TOGAF and related standards.
• Proven track record with cloud migration programs and cloud security assessments.
• Experience conducting independent IT attestation (ISAE3402, SOC2) and PCI DSS audits.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and governance models.
• Understanding of data governance, AI in data lakehouse contexts, and DevOps lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-quality technology risk consulting engagements in risk, resilience, and transformation.
• Deliver independent IT attestation services and ISAE3402, SOC2, and PCI DSS audits.
• Assess cloud migration programs, cloud architecture and security controls.
• Develop propositions and contribute to client proposals and marketing.
• Manage client relationships, delivery budgets, and team outputs.
