Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in Technology Risk – Assurance to deliver regulatory compliance and IT risk services for a portfolio of clients across Dublin, Belfast and Cork. You will collaborate with teams to scope, plan and execute engagements, deliver fieldwork and draft clear management findings, and support business development initiatives.

The role requires a strong background in technology risk, cybersecurity, data protection and IT controls, with 3+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Technology Risk or IT audit.
• Strong track record delivering Technology Risk services with focus on regulatory compliance.
• Experience supporting business development activities and presenting to Engagement Management teams.
• Knowledge and experience in Cybersecurity, Data Protection, IT Project Management, and IT Controls (SOX, SOCR, ISO, PCI-DSS).
• Familiarity with Digital Regulation and Governance frameworks (DSA/DMA) and AI governance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of engagements with clients in Technology Risk.
• Collaborate with clients to scope, plan, and deliver engagements.
• Deliver fieldwork, draft reportable findings for management review.
• Present findings to Audit Committees and engage with Engagement Management.
• Contribute to developing the market Technology Risk Services, focusing on regulatory compliance and governance.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
