Since its founding in 2018, Copper has been building the standard for institutional digital asset infrastructure with a focus on custody, collateral management, and prime services.
Led by Global CEO Amar Kuchinad, the firm offers a comprehensive suite of custody, trading, and settlement solutions that reduce counterparty risk and bring greater capital and operational efficiency to digital asset markets. Copper’s multi-award winning custody system is unique in that it can connect to centralized exchanges, DeFi applications, and staking pools without the assets leaving the custody.
Built on this state‑of‑the‑art custody, ClearLoop is the first market solution that overcomes the growing challenge of counterparty risk with exchanges, enabling customers to trade and settle directly from the safety of their MPC‑secured wallets.
The Technology Risk Manager is responsible for embedding and overseeing the ICT risk management framework. This role ensures that technology‑related risks—cyber, information security, and third‑party risks—are managed in line with regulatory requirements and Copper’s risk appetite, supporting the resilience, security, and operational integrity of the organisation’s technology environment.
