Argus Media seeks a Technology Project Manager to accelerate AI and automation initiatives across the business. You will lead planning and delivery of strategic IT projects in collaboration with the GenAI team, Technology leadership, and business stakeholders.

You will govern programmes, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure projects deliver measurable efficiency and value while enabling business readiness and adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology or digital transformation projects.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.
• Experience with AI and automation initiatives.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery.
• PRINCE2, PMP, or AgilePM qualification or equivalent experience.
• Degree or equivalent in Technology or related discipline.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of AI and technology projects from initiation through to implementation and adoption.
• Manage the AI Champions Programme with governance, stakeholder engagement, communications, and delivery of programme objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource requirements, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Partner with Technology teams, business stakeholders, and senior leaders to define project scope, objectives, outcomes, and success measures.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment between technical and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Facilitate project governance forums, steering groups, and stakeholder meetings, providing updates on progress, risks, decisions, and trade-offs.
• Monitor project performance and ensure delivery on time, within scope, and against business outcomes.
• Champion adoption of AI solutions and automation opportunities with measurable efficiency gains.
• Support business change activities including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting, and tracking tools for visibility of delivery status and priorities.
• Continuously improve project management practices, governance, and delivery processes across Technology.

The Technology Project Manager plays a key role in accelerating Argus's adoption of AI and automation across the business. Working closely with the GenAI team, Technology leadership, and business stakeholders, you will lead the planning and delivery of strategic AI and technology initiatives that drive operational efficiency, innovation, and business value.

• Experience delivering technology, digital, software, or transformation projects from initiation through to completion.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery governance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to successful outcomes in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business‑focused communication.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to engage technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Gemini, Claude) to improve productivity, analysis, and project delivery.
• Experience managing organisational change, stakeholder adoption, and business readiness activities.
• Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, with strong organisational and reporting skills.
• Project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM) or equivalent experience.
• Degree or equivalent experience in Technology, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering AI, automation, digital transformation, or business process improvement initiatives.
• Experience working with software development or technology delivery teams.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
• Experience in automation, process optimisation, or AI‑driven change initiatives
