Job summary

IC Resources is seeking a senior technical leader to drive electronics and software projects for Defence & Security customers. You will own system architecture, guide cross‑disciplinary teams, and work with clients and government stakeholders to deliver complex solutions across the full product lifecycle.

This role requires a degree in electronics or related field, extensive experience in product development, and strong skills in embedded software, RF/high‑speed electronics, FPGA design,

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics, Software, Physics or a related discipline.
• Experience leading or contributing to complex product development projects.
• Strong background in Embedded Software, Electronics Design (RF/High-Speed) and FPGA Development.
• Understanding of Linux, networking and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Join a multidisciplinary team delivering advanced electronics, software and systems solutions for Defence & Security customers. You’ll provide technical leadership across complex product development projects, working closely with engineers, scientists and government stakeholders.
