We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst who has a passion for seeking out improvements to join the Technology Business Analysis Practice in Worcester. In this role you will work with business colleagues as part of project and product delivery teams. You will be delivering key business analysis activities within complex business change initiatives, as well as providing leadership and mentoring to colleagues within the BA team. Each day will require you to engage your skills in several diverse ways, from requirements elicitation to user experience design through to change adoption.This role is based in Worcester and will include a balance of home and office working (3 days in the office and 2 days from home).
