Overview

We're a small team supporting a variety of infrastructure and security applications, and we're looking for someone who's ready to take the lead on a wide range of security tool and identity management enhancements. You'll be hands-on with Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and Exchange Online, helping to keep our environment secure, efficient, and future-ready. Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise to support project delivery tasks within projects that involve the implementation of new infrastructure and security functionality to support the Saga business.
  • Develop and maintain technical and process documentation, and ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor systems and proactively raise issues to the business and to the technology team where required.
  • Initiate and implement technical change requests where required to support business projects or to resolve incidents, communicating progress to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support to incidents raised by the business and ensure these are resolved within target resolution times.
  • Research and apply the required security remediation and vulnerability management activities when required and within expected timescales.
Essential qualifications and experience
  • 3 years+ experience working in an infrastructure related role within a corporate environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills, able to use data to determine the cause of incidents, and able to act on this data to implement solutions.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technology, Information Security, and business teams.
  • Microsoft 365 administration - strong knowledge of Intune, Exchange Online, including license management, security and compliance configuration and general product administration within the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
  • Microsoft Entra - strong knowledge of Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) architecture, configuration and management. Experience with conditional access policies, MFA, SSO and application integrations.
  • Automation and scripting - proficiency in PowerShell for automation of M365 and Entra tasks.
  • Troubleshooting and support - advanced troubleshooting of authentication, access and service issues across M365 and Entra.
  • CERTIFICATIONS required:
  • Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900)
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)
  • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
Desirable qualifications and experience
  • Experience of supporting and maintaining Zscaler.
  • Understanding of RBAC, privileged identity management (PIM) and Just-In-Time access.
  • Experience with monitoring and reporting tools.
  • Experience in maintaining and administering SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive.
  • Microsoft 365 security and compliance - implementing and managing security controls, including DLP, MIP, and Defender for Office 365. Understanding of compliance features (eDiscovery, retention policies, auditing).
  • Experience with Microsoft Graph API.
  • Other relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, Security Engineer Associate) are desirable.
Work arrangement

We work in a hybrid way at Saga both at home and in the office. In this team we work mainly from Folkestone, Kent and tend to have a pattern of 2-3 days per week. When we do come together as a team, it allows us to grow and learn plus it is a great opportunity to socialise and celebrate too.
