Job description

The Technology Domain Leader - Corporate & Enterprise Platforms is responsible for defining and delivering the technology strategy across a portfolio of enterprise platforms – including Corporate Platforms (Sales, Marketing, Legal, Risk & Compliance), Collaboration & Productivity Platforms, IT Workspace, and Enterprise Business Intelligence. This role blends strategic leadership, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of enterprise technology. You'll set direction, align priorities, and ensure these platforms deliver measurable business value, while fostering collaboration between business stakeholders and technology delivery teams.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the technology strategy and roadmap for corporate and enterprise platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals, architecture standards, and operational priorities.
  • Translate business capabilities and strategic objectives into a cohesive and integrated technology roadmap, spanning multiple domains such as finance, sales, marketing, risk, legal, collaboration, and analytics.
  • Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to set vision, objectives, and key results (OKRs), ensuring that technology investments drive clear business outcomes.
  • Lead cross‑functional planning and ensure delivery teams are focused on the highest‑value initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user journeys, business processes, and workflows across corporate functions, identifying opportunities for efficiency and innovation.
  • Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and data leaders to ensure solution design, integration, and platform evolution align with enterprise architecture and data strategy.
  • Oversee business change management, ensuring technology adoption through effective communication, engagement, and training.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration, ownership, and professional development.
  • Facilitate key discussions, workshops, and decision‑making sessions with business and technology leaders to ensure alignment on priorities and trade‑offs.
  • Drive portfolio governance, balancing innovation with operational reliability and cost efficiency.
  • Use insights from data, performance metrics, and feedback loops to inform continuous improvement and strategic adjustments.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience leading technology, platform, or product strategy within enterprise environments.
  • 5+ years of management experience, including leading cross‑functional or domain‑focused teams.
  • Proven success defining and executing multi‑domain technology strategies across sales, marketing, legal, risk, compliance, IT workspace and analytics functions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at executive level and collaborate across technical and non‑technical teams.
  • Strong facilitation skills with experience running workshops, roadmap discussions, and complex prioritization forums.
  • Demonstrated experience with business change management, including adoption planning and stakeholder engagement.
  • Deep understanding of the technology landscape and workflows across finance, sales, marketing, risk, compliance, and collaboration domains.
  • Familiarity with program management, agile delivery, knowledge management, and enterprise productivity tools as well as Salesforce, SAP, Archer.
  • Proven ability to translate business capabilities into actionable and well‑integrated technology roadmaps.
  • Experience with data governance within a business intelligence environment, ensuring data quality, lineage, and compliance across enterprise reporting and analytics platforms.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with enterprise data and analytics platforms, including Business Intelligence strategy and adoption.
  • Knowledge of AI and automation tooling that enhance enterprise productivity and collaboration.
  • Background in governance and portfolio management within large‑scale, cross‑functional technology environments.
