Job summary

Cencora, a global health logistics leader, is seeking a Technology Delivery Lead & Scrum Master to drive a large, complex initiative and several medium projects. You will own delivery plans, budgets, risks, and timelines, coordinating across regions and functions to achieve defined outcomes.

You will lead agile and hybrid delivery approaches, ensuring governance and clear communication with global stakeholders to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years delivering complex technology initiatives end-to-end with accountability for outcomes across time, cost, scope, and quality.
• Familiarity with delivery and reporting tools such as ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps (ADO), or JIRA.
• Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum.
• Demonstrated proficiency in risk and issue management, including early identification, impact assessment, escalation, and driving effective mitigation plans across technical, operational, and delivery dimensions.
• Strong experience guiding delivery teams through project estimation, including development of realistic budget forecasts, resource plans, and delivery timelines, and maintaining those estimates as conditions change.
• Ability to balance delivery ambition with practical constraints, adjusting scope, sequencing, and plans as risks, dependencies, and priorities evolve.
• Experience managing large, complex initiatives alongside one or more medium or smaller projects.
• A solid understanding of dependency management, testing coordination, and release planning.
• Experience working with global, cross-functional stakeholders and influencing without direct authority.
