A government service provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a Technology Delivery Manager to lead a delivery team responsible for managing technology products and services. You will engage with stakeholders, solve problems, and ensure deliveries meet quality and cost standards. The ideal candidate has proven experience in delivery and team management, and the ability to work with various stakeholders.
These roles sit in Collaboration and End User Compute, who are responsible for all Home Office end user services, including the provision and support of devices, development and support of applications and business critical services. For example, issuing of devices such as laptops and mobiles, the roll out of Windows 11 and M365 applications such as MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Outlook.
As a Technology Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for a single delivery team working to deliver a product within agreed timescales, to cost and quality standards. You will form a partnership with a Product Manager to deliver value against the product vision. You will also work with a variety of stakeholders, translating technical concepts where necessary.
