Job summary

M&G plc is seeking a Technology Delivery Lead on a fixed-term basis to coordinate delivery across multiple Scrum teams in a hybrid, geographically distributed setup across the UK and India.

You will align people, process, and cadence to deliver predictable technology outcomes, while fostering inclusion and managing dependencies and risks across locations.
