Job summary

eNL is working with a leading regional law firm in Buckinghamshire to recruit a Commercial Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE. The role covers technology, intellectual property and data protection, with direct client exposure and flexible hybrid working.

You will manage your own caseload, draft and negotiate commercial contracts and technology agreements, and support senior lawyers on complex transactions. A strong technical background and excellent drafting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' PQE in commercial law.
• Proven expertise in commercial contracts, technology agreements, IP and/or data protection.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills with commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload across commercial, technology, IP and data protection matters.
• Advise on complex transactions and provide practical, commercially-focused advice.
• Support senior colleagues on high-quality matters and client exposure.
