Technology Architect - Marketing Technology (MarTech) 6 -12 months + Remote

We’re looking for a Technology Architect to design and orchestrate the front‑office technology stack for a global multi‑brand organisation. This encompasses Platforms / Digital / Marketing / CX. You’ll shape the systems that connect product data, content, digital assets, and customer insights — creating scalable, efficient, and intelligent experiences across every channel.

What You’ll Do
  • Design and deliver end‑to‑end MarTech architectures across multiple brands and regions.
  • Connect and optimise DAM, PIM, CMS, and Experience Platforms for large‑scale content operations.
  • Define governance models, metadata frameworks, and multi‑brand content workflows.
  • Lead integration design — API strategy, data synchronisation, and orchestration between systems.
  • Support platform selection, vendor evaluation, proofs of concept, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Partner with marketing, IT, and creative teams to align technology capabilities with brand goals.
Tech Landscape

You don’t need to know every tool, but deep experience across several of these areas is key:

  • DAM: Sitecore Content Hub, AEM Assets, or similar
  • PIM: Stibo STEP, inRiver, Salsify
  • CMS / Experience Platforms: Sitecore XP/XM, Contentful, Adobe Experience Manager, headless CMS
  • Commerce: Commercetools, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify Plus
  • Front‑End: React, Next.js, Vue
  • CDP & Analytics: Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Segment, GA360, Adobe Analytics, Snowflake
  • Integration Architecture: APIs, microservices, composable stacks
  • Creative Automation & Localisation: Bynder, Celtra, Smartly.io, generative AI content workflows
  • 3D & Visualisation: GRIP, Threekit, AR/VR integration
You’ll Succeed If You
  • Have 10+ years’ experience designing or integrating large and complex enterprise‑scale MarTech ecosystems.
  • Can translate marketing goals into scalable technical architectures.
  • Thrive in ambiguous and complicated, multi‑brand environments.
  • Understand the balance between creative flexibility and operational efficiency.
