ServiceNow Technical Architect – Manager (Location: London (Hybrid))

Salary: Up to £95,000 + excellent package.

A global consulting leader is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to join its growing ServiceNow practice. This role suits someone who combines strong platform expertise with the ability to lead technical teams, influence stakeholders, and deliver enterprise‑scale solutions across multiple product lines.

The Role

• Lead the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM, and other product suites.
• Act as a technical authority, guiding developers through code reviews and best practice.
• Collaborate with clients to translate business challenges into scalable platform designs.
• Integrate ServiceNow with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Support continuous improvement of delivery methods and technical standards.

Skills & Experience

• Proven background in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Experience leading development teams and enforcing technical quality standards.
• 5+ ServiceNow CIS certifications and experience across 3+ product lines outside ITSM.
• Strong JavaScript, SQL, and API/Web Service integration skills.
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desired Qualifications

• GenAI or cloud migration experience.
• ITILv4 certification.
• SC clearance (or eligibility).
