Join our expanding tech company as a Bilingual Senior IT Technician, where you will blend hands-on technical expertise with management responsibilities. This role involves tackling complex problem-solving, managing software migration projects, and mentoring junior team members to maintain high technical standards.

Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems (Service Desk Plus)
  • Manage software migration projects from planning through implementation
  • Configure and deploy employee systems using ManageEngine Endpoint Central, MDM, and "Client" Directory
  • Collaborate with IT teams on escalated issues and strategic initiatives
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and knowledge base
  • Perform physical equipment setup and workspace configuration (lift up to 30 lbs)
Mandatory Skills
  • Bilingual - Advanced Level (English & French)
  • Former member of the Canadian Armed Forces
  • Proven experience in senior IT support roles with management responsibilities
  • Strong project management capabilities and analytical problem-solving approach
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Advanced proficiency in Mac OS, Windows OS, and Apple iOS
