Overview

M-Sport UK is at the forefront of global motorsport, competing at the highest levels across the FIA World Rally Championship, FIA World Rally Raid Championship, British Touring Cars, GT3, and bespoke motorsport engineering programmes. From our state-of-the-art facilities in Cumbria, our team delivers race-winning machinery for customers and championship contenders worldwide.

To maintain our commitment to performance, precision, and passion, we are always interested in hearing from skilled and motivated Technicians across a variety of disciplines to join our championship-winning team across our various programmes.

These hands-on, dynamic opportunities require mechanical expertise, endurance, and a proactive approach, both in the Workshop and on remote event locations.

If you’re skilled and uphold expertise in; Electrical, Engines, Hydraulics, Sub Assembly, Transmissions, and Workshop Car Build, then we are interested in hearing from you!

Responsibilities
  • Build, preparation, and maintenance of competition cars and their specialised components, as well as future developments to the high standards of reliability and performance.
  • Work both at the M-Sport HQ and on international events, providing mechanical support.
  • Diagnose and repair issues under time pressure during events.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, and senior technicians at both the HQ and on event.
What we’re looking for / Qualifications
  • Educated to technician level and have a thorough understanding of motor vehicles and their systems.
  • Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Skilled in multitasking and prioritising workloads under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for problem solving.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Hungry to share our determination to deliver a winning performance for the very best results.
  • Preferred Experience: Previous experience in a motorsport environment, preferably with rally, rallycross, or racing.
