Qualifications

Join Our Front-Line Operations Team

With a £19.8 billion investment over the next five years, we’re delivering one of the UK’s most ambitious infrastructure transformation programmes. We’re looking for experienced Technicians with expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation, Control & Automation (ICA).

Where?

Clean and wastewater sites across London, the Thames Valley, and the Home Counties.

Your role will involve:

Working as part of a multi‑disciplinary team, you’ll be responsible for scheduled, unscheduled, and emergency maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment. Your efforts will keep our sites running, our customers supplied, and will make a real difference to the environment and our local communities.

We’re looking for:
  • Experience maintaining, testing, installing, and diagnosing faults on electrical and/or mechanical plant equipment.
  • NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • BS7671/18th Edition certification (desirable for those with an electrical background).
  • Strong practical knowledge of operational plant and control systems.
  • Depending on the role, experience of any of the following is desirable: Wonderware or ClearSCADA, relay logic, and PLCs (Rockwell & Allen‑Bradley), including management and programming.
  • A full UK driving licence (essential, as many roles require site travel).
