Salford City College is seeking a part-time Media and Music technician to manage equipment across both departments, issue equipment to learners and staff, advise users, and support classes and college events.

Job description

A new technician post in the Media and Music departments at Salford City College, covering equipment and technical support across the two areas. The work centres on issuing and coordinating equipment for learners and staff, advising users, and supporting classes and college events, with some content creation for course promotion. It is a part-time, term-time role of 26 hours a week, suited to someone with hands‑on experience of technology used in media production and the music industry.

What the job involves

Experience
