Full Time: Technician & MOT tester required to join our team!

Are you a Technician with an MOT Licence looking to take that next step towards a new opportunity?

We can offer:
  • Basic Salary: £35,100
  • Further bonus: £4,800
  • Over achievement earnings available
  • 8 am - 5.30 pm (42.5 hours per week)
  • 1 Saturday per month 8 am - 1.00 pm (5 hours paid as overtime single rate)
  • 25 days paid holiday rising to 28 days with time served loyalty

We are currently looking for an experienced Automotive professional, with a proven track record within an Aftersales / Motor Vehicle environment and an unwavering passion for first-class Customer Service, to join our Aftersales division in Crewe.

The role:
  • Perform MOTs and routine MOT repairs
  • Preform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tyre rotations, and brake inspections.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Utilize diagnostic equipment to accurately identify and address issues.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of repairs.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and industry trends.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe workspace.
  • Communicate successfully with customers where needed to explain repair findings and recommendations.
