JOB TITLE: Ultrasound Technician/Field Service Engineer

Our Client is the UK's leading independent expert specialising in the repair and servicing of electronic medical equipment / instrumentation - specifically Ultrasounds. They have earned a deserved reputation for the quality of the service they provide. They have achieved this by continually investing in cutting‑edge technology within their facility and, importantly, having a well trained and motivated workforce.

ROLE

Due to an internal promotion they now require a Trainee Service Engineer / Ultrasound Technician to carry out a dual role of Planned Preventative Maintenance of machines on client's premises and simple probe repairs when in the workshop. Your role will include:

• Carrying out preventative maintenance on client sites UK wide - generally hospitals. It is estimated that you will be out an average of 3 days a week, home at night.
• Providing advice and support to customers.
• Deliver and collect loan equipment from customers.
• Maintain and develop relationships with customers.
• Probe repairs when in the workshop.

CANDIDATE

SALARY
