Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation and delivery of practical Hair and Beauty lessons
• Managing stock control and ensuring timely ordering of supplies and equipment
• Overseeing the laundry process, ensuring cleanliness and availability of towels and gowns
• Providing reception support, including booking appointments and greeting clients
• Training and supervising students on reception duties and laundry procedures
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and professional salon environment at all times

What We’re Looking For

• A qualification in Hairdressing, Beauty Therapy, or a related field (Level 2 or above)
• Experience working in a salon or educational setting is desirable
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, flexible, and supportive approach to working with students and staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
