Job description
Overview

Our Advanced Technician Apprenticeship includes theoretical and practical tasks. Placements include Process Engineering, Product Engineering, EHS, and Machining with long‑term focus toward a specific engineering role.

Responsibilities
  • Observe the agreed conditions of the relevant learning agreement
  • Attend training and perform tasks as directed
  • Undertake training and assessments required under the training plan
  • Work towards achieving the competencies of the training plan
  • Keep an updated training record to demonstrate achievements
  • Behave in a courteous and professional manner
  • Adhere to Company policy inc. Health and Safety procedures
  • Comply with external training providers code of conduct
Qualifications
  • 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade 4 (C) or above to include Maths, English and Science
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self‑motivated & proactive
  • Ability to work independently & as part of a team
