Job Title: Technician

The Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have Engineering Technician experience within a manufacturing environment, ideally with a GMP focus. You should be people-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and enjoy building positive relationships across the team. Role Purpose

To support the smooth and efficient running of production line machinery by correctly setting up lines during changeovers, ensuring efficient operation, attending breakdowns, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Working with Engineers and Hygiene Operatives, set up production lines for upcoming runs by following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to changeovers, hygiene, and quality checks
• Monitor performance on SIC boards to drive line efficiency
• Conduct routine maintenance and calibration on equipment
