The Technical Writer will serve as the documentation specialist supporting the C5ISR Center Cyber Security Directorate's Cryptographic Modernization portfolio. This role requires comprehensive expertise in developing and maintaining high‑quality technical documentation for the vast inventory of cryptographic devices, operations, system fixes, and protocols within the CMB portfolio. The Technical Writer will create documentation that meets the needs of various target audiences including system administrators, operators, and developers, while ensuring compliance with NSA, NIST, IEEE and other federal standards. The position supports critical documentation efforts for HAIPE devices, CSfC solutions, key management systems, and tactical network protection technologies.
This role is contingent upon contract award, and will be a full‑time position with work performed both on‑site at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD and remotely, with core hours Monday‑Friday: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST.
