• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Proven working experience (2+ years) in technical writing of software documentation
• Able to understand complex information and communicate the information to people with diverse professional backgrounds
• Able to see other people’s points of view and take on board feedback
• Highly self-motivated and well-organized
• Strong research skills
• Team-spirited
• Ability to work cooperatively with other teams is a must
• Understanding of SEO concepts
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred
• English – advanced

In this position, You are responsible for

• Researching, outlining, writing, and editing new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand product requirements
• Determining the clearest and most logical way to present information and instructions for greatest reader comprehension and writing and editing technical information accordingly
• Creating high quality, easy to understand material, print or online, that fulfills audience goals, including interactive tutorials, diagrams, and video guides
• Evaluating current content and developing innovative approaches for improvement
