As Technical Writer, you’ll take ownership of the documentation portfolio for Oxford Nanopore’s sequencing devices throughout the product lifecycle. This role sits within a regulated, change-controlled environment and is responsible for producing and maintaining documentation that supports both customers and regulatory compliance activities across our research-use-only, regulated and diagnostic products.
Working closely with Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, R&D and Commercial teams, you’ll ensure documentation is technically accurate, compliant with relevant quality processes and delivered in line with product release timelines. You’ll play a critical role in supporting both customer success and external compliance requirements, requiring exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of controlled documentation practices.
