Are you an experienced technical writer with a strong finance background looking for an exciting opportunity on a global transformation programme?

We are seeking a Working Instructions Writer to join a major SAP S / 4HANA implementation project. This role is critical in creating clear, step‑by‑step documentation that enables end users to execute processes accurately and confidently during their latest ERP rollout.

Our client is a highly recognisable global organisation undergoing a large‑scale ERP transformation to deliver standardised processes, enhanced financial management and real‑time reporting across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed working instructions using SAP Enable Now for finance‑related processes.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and validate content.
  • Review and update documentation based on feedback and process changes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and audit requirements.
  • Maintain consistency and professionalism using approved templates.
Essential Requirements
  • Previous experience writing working instructions or SOPs.
  • Strong finance background (Planning & Budgeting, O2DC, PM&M).
  • Knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work with IT systems.
  • Ability to follow templates and meet tight deadlines.
Desired
  • Experience in large‑scale S / 4HANA implementations.
  • Industry experience in regulated environments (pharma).
  • Familiarity with SAP Enable Now.
