A leading global professional services firm is seeking a Technical Training Specialist to join their Sales Enablement Team. This hybrid role involves designing and delivering structured technical training programs across various UK locations. We are seeking a talented Technical Training Specialist (Employee Benefits) to join our Sales Enablement Team at Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB). This role will be based in our London office ideally, although we will consider candidates in any of our UK locations. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We are looking to introduce and maintain a consistent approach to technical and Industry regulated compliance training to ensure that MMB UK provide structured and robust technical training sessions and programs to all colleagues to enable them to effectively undertake their roles, to deliver high quality service delivery and advice to our clients in line with regulatory and compliance requirements and to develop their skills in line with career progression opportunities.
You work closely with global Centres of Excellence as well as MMB UK operations, compliance and Markets teams to leverage learning tools, practices, technology and systems to ensure delivery of a high-quality structured training program with appropriate KPI reporting and metrics to monitor achievement of required levels of expertise and achievement to enable additional training needs and demonstrate achievement of compliance and regulatory requirements.
The identification of training requirements will be led by the MMB UK segment leadership teams as well as including appropriate input from all members of the MMB UK Executive Team.
