Overview

We are currently looking for a Technical Training Officer to join our Training Team at our Headquarters in Steeton (West Yorkshire, UK).

The purpose of the role is to ensure all internal and external delegates receive the required training necessary to carry out their roles.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

Salary: £29,000

Key responsibilities
  • Training internal and external delegates on all aspects of our stairlifts both onsite and virtually
  • Completing training reports for each delegate and each session
  • Involvement with adapting and creating new training courses along with audits of current courses to support continuous improvement
  • Working with internal departments on their training requirements where needed
  • Assisting with the development of new designs
  • To communicate effectively and gain the delegates understanding of all aspects of the product
  • Keep training records up to date and adhere to schedules
  • To be willing/able to travel worldwide to assist other areas of the business
  • To assist Quality Control for Technical Reports when requested
Skills and Experience
  • Having worked in a technical, mechanical or training background is essential
