The role

My client is looking to bring in an experienced Technical Training Manager to head up their Training function.

The role (at least initially) will be largely office-based.

Duties will be multi-faceted, including:
  • Producing, organising and delivering eLearning content for internal and external use
  • Experience in Training technical software/systems to technical and non-technical users
  • Creating Training programs for areas such as Certification
  • Creating Training frameworks and implementing these company-wide
  • Responsible for a direct report
  • Engaging with stakeholders to gather and define requirements
  • Instrumental in producing and delivering materials to new staff and graduates
  • Identifying milestones and objectives within Training plans
  • Travelling to customer sites (where required) to deliver Training in person
  • Utilising internal company resources
  • Serving as a dynamic leader with a get‑stuff‑done attitude
