This role will lead mandatory training, inductions, annual refresher training and other compliance training at Whittlesey, while supporting standard work development and self‑paced learning. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building capability, working with operational teams, and helping colleagues learn in a consistent and practical way. Occasional travel may be required to support other plants, with expenses covered by McCain.
