An excellent opportunity for an experienced HGV Technician, Master Technician, or Learning & Development professional to move into a long-term Technical Trainer role. Following a £2 million investment into a brand-new Manchester training centre, this business is expanding its internal training team to support the development of qualified engineers through to Master Technician level.

This role focuses on delivering high-quality technical training to internal employees, combining classroom-based learning with hands‑on workshop training using modern tooling and bespoke facilities. Full product training is provided where required.
The Role

  • Deliver technical training to qualified HGV technicians, progressing them through advanced and Master Technician levels
  • Provide classroom and practical workshop‑based training using modern diagnostic tools and equipment
  • Support ongoing upskilling, certification updates and internal development programmes
  • Work as part of a dedicated training team within a newly built, purpose‑designed facility
