Qualifications

• Demonstrable technical and contractual query handling skills.
• Ability to support client estate management teams.
• Effective project delivery strategies in collaboration with the Operations team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with technical and contractual queries.
• Support ongoing contractual requirements for clients.
• Provide project delivery strategies for new projects.

Skills

Member Grade of the Institution of Fire Engineers (MIFireE) or equivalent

Excellent knowledge of fire safety sector regulations

Detailed knowledge of British Standards relating to Fire Safety

Education

Diploma level 4 in fire safety

Certified Fire Risk Assessor qualification

Tools

Qualifications in Fire Risk Assessment, fire safety systems and inspection
