A leading insurance provider is seeking a talented team manager to lead a claims team in Leeds. This hybrid role focuses on property damage and liability claims, emphasizing strong relationship management and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will foster continuous development in their team and maintain high standards of customer service, backed by a competitive salary and a range of flexible benefits.
The purpose of this role is to lead and manage a team dealing with third party property damage and bodily injury claims. You’ll have great relationship-building skills and share our passion for outstanding customer service. Your teams priority is to investigate and settle claims in line with the Company strategy, protecting indemnity spend With a focus on continuous improvement you will ensure the teams industry knowledge and skills are developed in line with the changing market and advancing technologies. The role will also ensure adherence to Company procedures and regulatory requirements and ensure a high standard of customer service.
This is a hybrid role that can be based out of our Leeds, Chelmsford, Ipswich Bournemouth and Croydon offices.
Pay: Circa £35,000 per year dependent on experience. Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
