Qualifications

• 3+ years in a recruitment-focused role.
• Experience managing recruitment and candidate pipelines with an ATS.
• Experience recruiting for technical or specialist roles.
• Experience proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong organisational skills to coordinate multiple vacancies.
• Good GDPR understanding and data handling.
• Proactive, collaborative with hiring managers, candidates and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment within our ATS and manage vacancies.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements.
• Review and screen CVs against role requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls.
• Coordinate and complete pre-employment checks.
• Proactively identify candidates through databases, networks, and job boards.
• Monitor recruitment performance using pipeline metrics.
• Maintain high-quality candidate experience and GDPR-compliant processes.
