Lewisham Council requires a specialist to provide expert technical assessment of damp and mould in residents’ properties. The role involves inspecting properties, producing accessible expert reports, and detailing remediation works to prevent recurrence.
You will work with internal teams and external partners to ensure high standards and resident satisfaction. Responsibilities include risk assessment on site, using appropriate tools, and ensuring timely reporting within the repairs management
To provide specialized technical expertise for us, the Lewisham Councils damp and mould service. You will be inspecting residents properties due to damp and mould concerns, submitting expert reports capturing as is and ensuring to put in action to remedy the mould, preventing a reoccurrence. Ensuring these works are completed to a satisfactory standard ensuring resident satisfaction.
