Technical Support Lawyer (Residential Conveyancing), 5+ Years PQE, Remote working, £50,000+ (DOE).

JOB REF: 2143.

THE ROLE
  • This position is ideal for a technically strong lawyer who enjoys problem-solving, mentoring colleagues and providing high-level legal guidance rather than running a full caseload.
  • You will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth and compliant delivery of residential conveyancing matters, with a particular focus on new homes work.
  • Providing timely, accurate and practical legal advice across a wide range of residential conveyancing and new-build matters
  • Drafting and reviewing detailed contracts and search report letters for new-build developments and residential sales
  • Supporting and mentoring fee earners, sharing technical knowledge with clarity and confidence
SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE
  • Strong technical expertise in conveyancing law and practice, including title investigation, lender requirements and new-build developments
  • Excellent attention to detail with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Confident communicator with the ability to support and guide colleagues at all levels
