Technical Support Engineer, Product Manager

Working on behalf of a long standing client who is a well established manufacturer and distributor of a variety of different electronic components sold into OEM’s and end users globally. The role is based in Hatfield, Herts. Currently recruiting for a Technical Support Engineer, Product Manager who has good technical knowledge of Electronic Components including Motor Control Gear, Isolators, Timers, Terminals, Relays MCB’s etc.

This is an office based role managing your own product range including Motor Control Gear, Isolators, Timers, Terminals, Relays MCB’s and other electrical and electronic components.

It is essential you have a good working understanding of these products as you have to provide technical support to OEM’s.

Responsibilities
  • Providing Technical Support to customers and the technical support team
  • Providing data sheets on all products to the marketing team for the catalogue and the website
  • Analysing data using their CRM system and Excel to product usage
  • In time you will be analysing the profit and loss of each range
