Technical Support Engineer - Mechanical Engineering - Buckinghamshire - ££ Generous. Do you have a Mechanical Engineering qualification, proven technical support experience and an aptitude for solving challenging problems? An established high-tech engineering company seeks a customer focused individual who has worked within a mechanical engineering environment and who has good diagnostic skills. This is fully on site with occasional travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

The Technical Support Engineer will support both customers and sales teams with technical matters via phone and email, as well as assist with customer visits and product training. You will also support new product introduction, keeping up to date on new and existing products. This role offers daily diverse challenges and the opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge within a cutting edge environment.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of a HNC/HND in a Mechanical Engineering discipline.
