Are you a Technical Support Engineer or Service Engineer looking for an office based role working on IoT devices in a cross-functional and collaborative R&D environment?

Do you want to be recognised as a technical expert, with occasional travel to site internationally?

This company specialises in IoT devices offering innovative products to safeguard electronics and enhance energy efficiency. Their range includes sensors, voltage stabilisers, inverters, and solar systems aimed at improving reliability in challenging environments.

In this office based role you'll be working as a Technical Support Engineer, handling customer tickets and helping solve issues remotely. The team works cross-functionally, and this head office is where new products are researched and developed. Occasionally, perhaps twice a year, you'll be travelling all across the globe to fault-find and fix equipment on customer sites.
