Technical Support Engineer (AV/Electrical Installations)

Location: Reading, Berkshire

Salary: £32,000 – £38,000 + Training + Progression + Excellent Company Benefits

Excellent opportunity for someone from an AV or electrical installations background who is looking for a technical support role working with a portfolio of high‑tech products with a global business.

In this role you will be working with customers across the UK and be the first point of contact with regards to any technical enquiries. You will handle customers and engineers over the phone, video calls and remote login sessions to resolve issues as quickly as possible. The role is Monday‑to‑Friday and requires someone to be in the office full time.
