Technical Support Engineer (AV/Electrical Installations) – Reading, Berkshire. Salary: 32,000 - 38,000 + Training + Progression + Excellent Company Benefits.

Excellent opportunity for someone from an AV or electrical installations background who is looking for a technical support role working with a portfolio of high tech products with a global business.

Do you come from an electrical background and looking to use your skills in a new environment? Are you looking for a varied role that allows you to increase your technical skills through dedicated OEM training?

This company has been established for nearly 20 years and are specialists in the manufacture, installation and maintenance of high tech electronic equipment used in residential and commercial properties the world over. They have grown massively throughout their history and are looking for people to join their specialist team on their journey of rapid expansion.

This role involves working with customers across the UK and acting as the first point of contact for technical enquiries. You will interact with customers and engineers via phone, video calls and remote login sessions to resolve issues as quickly as possible. The role also offers development opportunities with company products and software offerings. This role will be Monday to Friday and require in-office presence full time.
