Position

HVAC Technical Support Engineer – Both Heating and Cooling

Salary: £48k-£54k (Mon‑Fri) + £4k bonus, car allowance or company car, 11% pension contribution, dental and healthcare coverage, 27 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Leading HVAC manufacturer specialising in energy‑efficient, low‑carbon cooling and heating systems. Addressing the growing demand for heat pumps and hybrid air‑conditioning solutions, the company offers industry‑recognised training and clear career progression.

Location

London – Hybrid working model (home, field, and multiple office branches).

Industry

Air Conditioning, Chillers, Refrigeration, Air‑Source Heat Pumps, Chilled Water, and related systems.

Desired Experience

High‑level technical HVAC engineer with deep expertise in the refrigerant cycle, chilled water systems, chillers, and heat pumps, particularly in commercial and domestic monoclonal ASHPs. Tier 1 manufacturer training is desirable.

The Role

As a Technical Support Engineer you will oversee and support a regional team of HVAC engineers across all VRV/VRF systems, chillers, and heat‑pump installations.

Experience Required

Extensive hands‑on experience servicing and installing refrigerated, chilled‑water, and unvented hot‑water HVAC systems. Strong IT literacy, organisational, and communication skills are essential for effective leadership in a fast‑paced field and office environment.

Package

Starting salary £48,000‑£54,000 plus £4,000 bonus. Includes car allowance or company car, 11% pension contribution, 27 days holiday plus bank holidays, dental and healthcare plans, and mobile/laptop provision.
