What we are looking for.

Day-to-day responsibilities.

  • Organising equipment for, and onboarding our new starters.
  • Administering user access to various systems.
  • Creating knowledge base articles to help our users become self-sufficient.
  • Supporting our team in tracking down and resolving deeper technology issues.
  • Continually improving our systems, practices, and knowledge.
  • Using our remote management tools to deploy and repair systems for our staff.
  • Assist in ad-hoc technology support and technology related duties.

Key requirements.

  • 4+ years supporting macOS systems.
  • 3+ years supporting Windows systems.
  • Ticketing and KB article creation.
  • Terminal / CLI knowledge.
  • Depth of device and patch management exposure.
  • MS Office 365 administration.
  • Bash Script & PowerShell.
  • Good understanding of Device Enrolment program.
  • Administering Jira.
  • Onboarding/Off-boarding practices.
  • Good hardware and troubleshooting knowledge with Mac & Windows devices.
  • Okta IDP Access Management Systems
  • Coaching junior engineers
  • Jamf 300 certification or higher
  • Familiarity with SwiftDialog
